HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
  • Internet Web Site - We are open 24 hours a day for you.  Follow the easy check out procedures and get your order in now.  You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order, to indicate our receipt, then another confirmation when your order is loaded into our system.  Please review it and contact us only if something is not correct.  Using our secure shopping cart system online, is the best way to get an order processed quickly.
  • Phone & Fax - Orders can be placed via the phone number 803.831.1156 Monday -Friday 8-6 Eastern Time, Saturday 10-3. or 24hrs a day by fax # 803.831.5409
  • Pick up - Orders can be called in and picked up, or feel free to stop by during business hours, and come see all we have to offer.

PAYMENT METHODS

        *  Credit Card - Visa, Master Card, Discover

  • Check/Money Order - Payment can be made by Personal Check or Money Order in US funds only.
     Please allow an additional 10 days for personal checks to process.  Sorry, we do not accept COD orders to residents, business accounts can be set up for COD however.
  • Wire transfer - international accounts please contact us for bank transfer information
  • Paypal is accepted  but we would rather use credit card or wire transfer for large amounts. ($500+)
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED

* All credit cards will be processed after all items ordered are deemed in stock. If an item is not in stock the customer will be contacted and the card will not be charged until an agreement is made on the out of stock item with the customer.

WHEN WILL ORDERS BE SHIPPED

* All component orders received by 3 pm Eastern time will ship that day.
* Custom built assembled orders will ship within 24hrs.
* Custom built assembled orders – next day, 2nd day, express - 3rd day delivery will get priority, and ship out that same day of order, as long as time allows for the epoxy curing process. “No club will leave before it’s time”

RECEIVED A DAMAGED PACKAGE

All items that are shipped from Victory Custom Golf are in new and unused condition.  Please inspect the package at delivery if possible.  If a package is delivered to you in person or "driver released" in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery of the package.  If you do receive a damaged package, please call Victory Custom Golf immediately #803.831.1156.  We generally replace damaged merchandise right away, and we will contact the delivery company and file a damage claim. We will arrange for the delivery company to pick up the damaged package or issue a call tag to return it.  Please save all boxes and packing material for inspection by the freight carrier.  Please call us when you need assistance with a damaged product.  We want this to be as painless as possible, and we are experienced in resolving damage claims.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT
  • Our Mistake - If an item is missing, make sure and finish checking your order before calling. Inspect packing materials carefully for smaller items. It is easy for small items to get wrapped up in the packing material.
  • Let us know which item(s) you received incorrectly, or were missing. We will review the situation with you, and find the simplest, fastest way to resolve our mistake.
  • We will issue a call tag on any misshipped items that are our responsibility.
YOUR MISTAKE * You placed an order with an incorrect part number(s), or perhaps just decided it wasn't what you wanted:
  • Call us. Let us know the Order number and item in question.
  • Victory Custom Golf will work with you to provide resolution and answer any questions you may have.
  • Return the product using your choice of carrier; we recommend a carrier that offers tracking and insurance. We can issue a call tag or pick up under normal ground rates to help out more.
  • Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for returned parts until there is a confirmation signature with the carrier from us.
  • Parts should be packed in original packaging whenever possible.
  • We will issue credit for the item(s) being returned. We do not refund the original shipping charges.
  • You are responsible for paying return freight.
RETURNS
  • Email us for a return authorization number and reason for wanting to return the item along with your name and invoice number.  No credit will be given for used or damaged products.
  • Items returned that have not been used are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee, unless the item was sent to a customer in error.  Returns are not allowed for custom assembled clubs except as covered by our warranty policy.

PRICING QUESTIONS
  • Victory Custom Golf will be glad to try and  price match any product or service we supply– please email us with the item of interest, place you saw the price – website etc.. we will verify and be glad to match if possible.
  • Special prices for members of the two Winners Circle programs we have at Victory Custom Golf. Please review the programs and see if one is of interests to your buying habits, and please feel free to ask any questions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  • Victory Custom Golf uses Federal Express as our main carrier. We have a great rate program that is very competitive and offers us the ability to ship anywhere in the world at a nice price to our customers. We offer full door to door tracking service and have great ground rates to Canada.
  • Travel invoices are marked for raw parts value only as this is just for damaged or lost goods concern. In some cases, this will aid in a lower tax fee for incoming product. US Postal service is available upon request also.  Remember, all international customers are responsible for all duties and tax fees.  For shipment request, please email with product you are looking to buy, full shipping address, and postal code.  We will get back to you with a complete shipping rate.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
  • Victory Custom Golf uses Federal Express for all US shipments ground & express. We offer great rates and full time tracking with every shipment. US Postal Service is also available upon request and will be used for all P.O. Box shipments without asking. We use priority service for definite delivery.
WARRANTY
* All golf merchandise is covered by a lifetime warranty against breakage under normal playing conditions. Any driver that dents due to a ball being struck outside the face will not be covered by warranty. Dents on the sole or on top of the club are not covered. Normal wear from play is not covered. Graphite or steel shafts that break more than 6 inches above the club head will not be covered – we will be glad to hear your story and give a fair examination of the shaft though.

- Note:  If possible, avoid hitting graphite, or steel shafted clubs off of driving range mats, as this action tends to compromise the components integrity.  Trees, golf carts and tee markers are also no good!  They always win.

- SMT drivers are covered by a lifetime warranty with no questions asked.  (3 cheers for Mike)  (Look out tee markers!)
